We had a great visit with Grandma and Grandpa in Spokane on our way home from our Couerdelane visit. We had a nice lunch that Grandpa made. His meals are enourmous and you have to prepare yourself for his delicious, yet overly filling meals. For lunch we had BLT sandwiches, corn on the cob, baked beans, chips cookies and brownies with juice to drink. Boy, its a good thing we were starving when we went there, it tasted spectacular and kept us full the whole rest of the day. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa it was a wonderful afternoon visit, such love that you constantly share. Dalan played in the famous playhouse that my sisters and I grew up playing in when we would visit. So the tradition continues with the Great grandkids.

I haven't seen Grandpa in YEARS, so I'm so glad you posted a picture of him. That old playhouse...it has so many memories doesn't it? It's fun to see Dalan inside it, and to know he's a true Steck/Mitteltstadt with that broom in his hand. Cleaning is a great tradition of ours isn't it? :) So cute Lore...I bet they just love having you guys visit. :)
awwwwww!!! i LOVE grandma and grandpa. I still remember playing in that playhouse and grandma and mom would bring out lunch, and we'd have a tea party. good times. I want to see grandma so BAD!
