Sisters for life
Song: Off of the soundtrack to "Little Women" We watched this together often.
Inspired by Mom
Nicole:(the oldest) The one who has led the way for all of us, paving the path and making it a little easier through her strong, christlike example. Nicole, to me, is a wonderful example of what a mother should be.....she understands kids so well, she makes a loving/warm home, everything is neat and orderly, she is very organized and is always serving her daughter and husband with such love. She is a beautiful example of service, ALWAYS making sure everyone has what they need....she serves so lovingly for anyone. She is MY sister and I love her Forever!
Natalie: (older sister) Natalie has always been one of very few words but one of many loving actions. Natalie won't "say" much but she will "show" much. She has a beautiful, big heart and loves through actions. Natalie has always been a very spiritual person and has always been easily touched and in tune with the spirit. She feels so deeply and loves so strongly. She is the tomboy of the family yet is so soft and sweet. She is MY sister and I love her forever!
Brooke: (younger Sister) She is the "spunk" of the family and keeps everyone laughing and keeps everything in perspective. She is so accepting of everyone and anyone and has shown me the way to unconditional love. She will bend over backwards for family and friends and loves with a HUGE heart. Brooke has a beautiful soul and she shares it with everyone through her smile and laughter! She is MY sister and I love her forever!
Noelle: (the youngest) She is the sister we all adore. She is beautiful inside and out and has a heart of gold. She creates and loves beautifully has a personality that is so kind, gentle and sweet. She is FUN and so easy to be around. She keeps us all together and has been the BEST "surprise" our family has ever had. She is the baby of the family (and though she is a bit spoiled) we wouldn't want it any other way! She is MY sister and I love her forever!

Sounds like someone is missing their family a little bit! I loved the post and it made me want a sister. But for now, friends like you will have to fill that void. :)
Lore,
That is the sweetest post ever! Thank you for all the wonderful things you said about me. :) It made my day! I love you so much and am so grateful that you are one of the women in my life. I admire your strength, not only physically, but spiritually. Your artistry and creativity blows me away...who knew that someone so quiet could have so much passion?!?!? Your children are so sweet and love their "mama". You're such a wonderful wife and mom and you inspire me to be better. I'm glad you're MY sister and that I get to love you for ETERNITY!!
Love you!!
Thanks for such a beautiful post. That was a very sweet tribute to your sisters and mom. You have a beautiful family!!!!!
Sisters and Moms are the best, I don't know what we would do without them :)
Lore you are a gem. You really know how to express how you feel in a way that makes everyone feel so special. I feel so blessed to have you as my dear friend. That was a beautiful post. Sisters and moms really are the best! They're all so blessed to have you in their lives :)
Hi Lore:
I'm trying to figure out how to leave a message. It might say Noelle on it....I don't know!! Anyway, thank you for the sweet words. I don't feel like I deserve any of it. All I know is that I just love all of you....you're all so different, but you've made my life so much better and so happy. I love you and appreciate your sweet spirit. Well, I'll wipe away the tears and try and get busy. Love you to the MOON and back. Mom
That's a fun post! You guys are my favorite cousins! You all have had a profound influence on me.
NICOLE - The first memory that comes to mind is her doing ballet in the swimming pool. I admire how graceful she is and flexible and talented!
As Brooke would say, Nicole is the mother of the world. I've NEVER seen one strand of Sydney's hair out of place, NO snot coming down her nose, NO dirty fingernails, and NEVER a spot or stain on her clothes. Nicole is a good mother 24/7.
NAT - She is incredible smart. Her Basketball skills are impressive to me as well. That's so sweet that she can kick pretty much any guy's trash in basketball. I'm a klutz when it comes to sports and I can only dream of being such an amazing athlete.
LORE - Very creative. I love your blog and all your pictures. You are the reason why I started playing the flute. Also a good mother with a way cute family! Your dedication to swimming growing up always impressed me. Now that you have a family, I really like how you stay active and do sports together with your husband and kids. You guys inspire me to drink more water, eat healthier, and exercise/get involved with sports more.
BROOKE - She always cheers me up when I'm sad. Funny! I love to brag about how I have a cousin who went to Paul Mitchell and is a way good hair stylist at a prestigious salon in Seattle! I have lots of good memories getting Hogi Yogi frozen yogurt with Brooke.
NOELLE - LOVE her blog! Very artistic and creative! Love the pictures she takes (she has a good eye for photography) She has gorgeous, thick curly hair and a trendy style. Love her taste in music (I wish she would burn a mix CD for me). I admire how she plays the piano and wants to learn all these cool songs on the piano (inspires me to practice and learn cool songs as well). She kicks my trash at Wii (the one and only time I played boxing on Wii she knocked me out within minutes)
CORRECTION:
Noelle can knock me out in Wii boxing with in SECONDS (not minutes)
Goodness! I think we played that game when Nat got married...which was how many years ago?
All I can say is be VERY afraid to challenge Noelle to a game of Wii!
P.S.
Sorry - I don't know what I have so much to write? Good post - it inspired a lot of thoughts.
Anyways, I love the music to Little Women. I recently watched that movie and thought of you guys.
I like how Jo ends up marrying the GERMAN professor ;)
Aaaaahhh, this makes me wish I had a bunch of sisters to share my life with!! All I got was two smelly brothers. ;-)
Beautiful, beautiful pictures of the women in your life!! I especially love the one with you girls kissing your mom. It's interesting. As a mom of young children, I think about how my children will turn out some day. Looking at that picture, your mother with her daughters gathered close around her, makes me realize that moments like those are the FRUITS of all the labor we put in as mothers in the early years.
Teaching through example, service, and love, yields good fruit=good children in the years to come.
So cute Lore! It looks like you guys are lovin' the AZ life! My sister Lisl and Adam are moving to Anthem. They just bought a house there cause Adam is working for the FBI in Phoenix. They would love to see you I'm sure!
