Catching up.

My little first grader!!!!  I can hardley believe it.  He is full of silliness, laughter, very creative ideas and love.  As long as this kid stays busy (and I mean really busy) life is great!  hahahaha....
Dalans First day of 1st grade.....I sure love this little man.  He is very strong willed but as sensitive as can be.  PLEASE admire his hair.  it is a DAILY battle people.  It has to be perfectly placed and sprayed to perfection.   He gets it from me....I was the EXACT same way as a kid : )

We had a wonderful visit from my cousin Brittany and her husband Rainer.  They live in Germany!  It was SO fun to catch up and spend time with them.  I got to meet Rainer for the first time and he is just about the sweetest guy in the world.  He was always smiling and so sweet with Brittany.  He always had his arm around her or was rubbing her back.  Such a caring, loving heartfelt person.  It was as close to a reunion as it could come.  We all met at my sisters home in Royal City and experienced the "homemade" water slide.  Uhmmmm....pretty much the coolest thing ever!!

Natalie lives on the farm in Royal City and you would not believe the beauty and peace that she is surrounded by on a daily basis.  It is always a true getaway visiting her and her very sweet husband Shawn.  I feel beyond blessed to live just over an hour away.
This is my GRAMA!!!!  She is a woman of great love, happiness, laughter, and a "young at heart" personality that will fill up any room she enters.  I LOVE talking to her on the phone.  She is full of positivity and incredible wisdom and love.  Visits to my grandparents home is so nostalgic, full of amazing memories.  We talk for hours, go to movies, eat delicious food, laugh, cry and eat some more. Priceless.

This is our new church building that just opened up.  It is literally only a few hundred feet away from our home  We get to walk to church each week.  It has been really fun watching it be built for the past year.  We feel so blessed to have this church building.

we absolutely LOVE our cousins Jade and Madi.  They are the SWEETEST girls.  We always have fun playing, talking, and hanging out together.  They are beautiful girls inside and out ; )

Wow Dalan is looking so grown up and handsome. You are going to have to watch him when he gets older. So fun to see pics of your family:)

Fun blog post Lore! Your kids are so cute! How is Dalan liking the 1st grade? I'm sure all the little girls are still chasing him around, right? ;)

It was so good to see you and meet Macie for the first time. She is such a sweet little girl. Thanks for coming out to see us and for the yummy treats you brought us.

I love the picture of Grandma in her swing. She bought that swing like 20 years ago and wanted to swing in it for the longest time. I'm so happy that Nat and Shawn were able to set it up and that she got to finally swing in it.

Greetings from Germany :)
